Hows your flight travel benefits? Is the bonus 12,500 for those with their ATP?

Can anyone chime in on the future of the CMH base?

Thanks

And what makes you assume I'm an FO and bid 4 day trips?

Can anyone comment on the last few class numbers? Is republic filling classes each month? If so, how many new hires? What are upgrade times? How much attrition? Thanks, just curious is Republic is expanding and growing with a moving pilot group or stagnant with the bankruptcy and deal with American that reduces some flying.

From the seniority list we have averaged 30/month since May: some not included in that number possibly left or washed out of training. Upgrade is just under 4 years. They don't publish who left, but a guy on the union board posts a fairly accurate snapshot which has averaged around 30/month the past 3 months- those numbers include new hires being removed, which is a couple.

A lot remains to be seen post bankruptcy. There won't be any additional flying announced until that point and there are still some 170's parked that need to be sorted out in bankruptcy court. The first part of 2017 will be telling as we will hopefully be out of bankruptcy, all the pilots will be on one certificate, and it should be organic upgrades once all the 145 CA's transfer over. I believe there are also some United 175's that are supposed to be delivered at some point, but maybe someone else has a better idea on that.

Agreed on both, and don't forget about the local 357 forum. I could probably name the 10 pilots who posted the most in the last 10 days. They're the minority, but the have very loud voices.

I think you have to be typed in 170 to get 12.5. Call the recruiters, and I'm sure they will give you the spill. CMH base will not be closing anytime soon, but for a new hire it would take a few months to hold it.

I even apologize before I ask, When I left the 121 world 4 years ago it was not needed. I had over 17 years of 121 experience just trying to catch up because I'm ready to come back. If my question bother you why did you even took the time to answer it. Man it was just my first post on the forum. Thanks everyone for the answer too.
