That's an article from early this year when we first entered chap 11. Things have changed substantially since then, agreements have been reached and will be emerging from chap 11 within 3 months.
At this point, all that scare and alarmist BS can be ignored.
RAH is again a growing and viable concern. Qtr 3 income was way up over last year etc etc.
Oh and the second installment of our signing bonus from TA2015 will be deposited in our accounts within a week. This in spite of the naysayers saying our contract would be gutted and we would receive no bonuses whilst in chap 11.
Quarterly performance bonuses were deposited two weeks ago and I also received my quarterly attendance incentive pay.
Long and short: don't listen to Trump...errr, alarmists that don't even work here. They know not what they speak of.

Any talks of an IAH base for United OPS?
I recently talked with an ExpressJet pilot. I see Republic has better pay. But is the QOL better at Republic or XJT? Anybody wanna chime on the differences?

It's a rampant rumor, but I wouldn't count on it until it's announced. Just like airplane orders, it hasn't happened until it's happened.

Been to Xjt for 2.5 years and now at RAH. Republic still has better QOL...most people seem miserable there, and I have more days off now at RAH in 8 months than I did when I was there for 2.5 years.
I did enjoy certain aspects of Xjt but overall much happier that I made the switch
