A group of Hedge Funds with a lot of money at stake. And if it gets tossed, they can appeal again to the Court of Appeals. Unless its put on a fast track, It will be well Passed the May 26 deadline set by the Delta Agreement.

Republic after the contract
From my understanding, the judge ruled from the bench in favor of the deal, on a date prior to May 26th, so the deadline shouldn't be an issue at this point. Although anything can happen, i don't see this being overturned on appeal.

Question from the "un-initiated" here. How is the monthly flying as far as hours? Pretty easy to do better than MMG? Is reserve still pretty short across the board? I'm not looking for actual numbers, just a pulse from the folks that are getting it done on a regular, day to day basis. With exception to the following of the legal proceedings, it's relatively quiet on this thread (very little negativity) and I'm taking that as an indicator that things are pretty good. Is that a safe understanding?

Reserve for me will typically end up close to MMG. If you want to consistently earn more, you'll need to pick up some open time. The good news is there's plenty of that to be had. The new pay rules help significantly as well.

Form 3 filing with SEC, Republic Airways just issued 6,000 shares of stock to the VP of accounting and finance. That's odd, I thought they (Republic) said the equity in their stock was less then 50 percent (if your lucky)
