I’m fully aware how stock options work. It seems you don’t. That’s ok.

For all those interested in Biffle’s total 2016 compensation, including stock options, it’s clearly explained starting on page 117 of the S-1 filing. I’m sure the next S-1 filing will show how many more options Biffle was been awarded for 2017 and 2018 and exactly how many shares are currently vested. Can’t wait.

In summary, Biffle’s total compensation is ridiculous. Our TA is ridiculous for the opposite reason.

The valuation of an option is debatable but I don’t think there’s any question that they do have a value.

If you think for a second Biffle is paid vast percentage points less than most other airline CEOs, you’re lying to yourself.

Our TA has us making a vast percentage less...
