ULCC that’s who you fly for. Not Delta, Not United. Heck you don’t even fly for the likes of Alaska or Jet Blue. You are a ULCC. That IS a different class of airline.

I’m not saying the deal is good, but you have to at least know where you start first.
Discount pilots take a discount contract. Don’t be a discount pilot.

.
Yup. A ULCC which has a higher profit margin than every carrier you mentioned above.

Please reconsider that plan before you get an infraction. Thanks.

Not sure how far back your talking about but prior to 9/11 their pay was well below industry average. Being profitable thanks to product quality, fuel hedges, market etc helped them get ahead of everyone.

This place is nothing more but a fancy regional with 320s... and it never will be.
What's your date of hire? I'm hoping to move up and upgrade! Thanks.

A little dramatic aren’t we? How many regional captains do you know who make more than $200 per hour? How many people do you know that make over $200k per year? “Lots of people” you say?... yeah... they’re called doctors (tommy boy). Let’s not pretend that this is some crap job with crap pay. Does this TA bring you into the pattern close enough to vote yes? Then vote yes. If you think it falls short then vote no. The “sky is falling” sob story is annoying.

All ya gotta do is look at the S-1 filing....
Do some research... Most of that 5.7 million was stock option awards that he never received.

Absolutely. You are correct. Catch is that we are still different.
We cater to a diffeeent class of client. Out airplanes, while yes they are the same, are configured for the type of client we carry. Our owners are only in it for the cash, not for pride of service or any thing close. We are a different class of airline. ULTRA LOW COST. The only airline we can compare ourselves is Spirit. Hence the Spirit contract.
