Quote: iAero needs to purge all the 119's, as well as the Corney and BVL. Protect your investment, or they will run it into the ground, then try to buy it back .
Oops.
Cat is out of the bag...
But that is the strategy, is it not.

Sadly, that's exactly what is happening. iAero is letting them get away with it

The complete Flight Ops, MX, Sched, Payroll, Ground Ops, Safety are in Disarray. The FAA need to suspend this certification temporarily, and go through the entire operation with a fine tooth comb. There is a Structual problem here, not a one off here and there. Make iAero recertify the airline. This place has become an Imminent, Clear, and Present Danger to the Flying Public. Just go back and look at the incidents starting in Europe, EWR, ENV, emergency landings in MIA, the air turn back flights. The amount af ASAP's, alleged fraud from the flight crew duty time records. The amount of Pilots that have recently resigned out of frustration, the amount of Mechanics that complained, then quit.
This place is completely out of control, and needs a pause, a complete reboot. iAero needs to find competent people to fix these problems, and restore the flying public's trust.

Seriously dude, You are attempting to take food out of my kids’ mouths, and put hundreds of people out of work. There is a lot that can improve here, and many of us are working constructively towards that end. I actually like my job, and want to keep it.

No Sir.
My kids also need to eat.
People that travel on OUR AIRCRAFT, have kids that need to eat.
But just like the managers here, seems like you are willing to put profits over the value of yours, and the lives of the traveling public. Just one accident with people hurt will definitely do exactly that. Take food out of everyone here kids mouth, and those who are hurt, or worst. Short term profits is a poor excuse to continue with the status quo.
Hopefully it will NOT be you in the Cockpit when something happens in the air that you cannot control.
Just give it some thought...

Contrary to your non-stop sensational and defamatory posts, I don’t believe the operation nor the aircraft are unsafe. If I did, I would leave. I’m sure you would do the same. The fact that you haven’t left raises the suspicion that you are less concerned about safety than waging a campaign of retribution against management, even at the expense of the reputation, and possibly, the jobs of your fellow pilots.

I certainly do not want to see a suspension of the certificate, as that will impact 600 employees pocketbook. However, the cancer at this company needs to be cut out, and several individuals need to "step down to pursue other opportunities". With all that is going on, I hope the FAA sees this place has good bones and can force some changes

virtually the entire building in GSO has to go. MX neeeeeeeeds to be fixed yesterday. Taking food out of your mouth is still better than not having. Mouth to put it in which is where that place is headed sadly. And like many MANY others I put my money and safety where my mouth was and quit
