Jeff90 .... how would you know if I had the CP’s number? :sigh:
The basic requirement for DO may be 3 years PIC in the last 5. However, with no prior management experience (ie CP) most wouldn't be ready to step into that position. HR is controlling the search for DO here, not BVL. My understanding is no one that applied internally is being considered

Do you really believe ALL other carriers INTENTIONALLY and continually violate FAR's and falsify the trail to cover it up? You've never, and will never been at a 'Real' airline..so you'll never know how stupid that position is.

Default Raises

I don’t know where this rumor of raises came from as far as feb 1st. Heard Jan 1, feb 1 has come and gone. Been here long enough to not believe the bs they throw at us just to keep pilots here to stop the attrition and fool the new victims. As long as the shady leaders and management run this company this place will have no raises and no improvement. They will be like this until they close the shop once in for all.

No pressure from the company right?
Like none at all......you just don’t upgrade if you don’t play along.

and that’s why people are leaving my certificates are much more valuable than an upgrade on the 737

You mean like when a Capt refused a VOLUNTARY duty extension and was banished to fly FO on Cargo out of MIA? It doesn't matter how much rest he had prior to the start of duty, or if Mngt thought he should be rested enough to accept the extension, there is no 'Management VETO' authority in the Fn reg.

The FAA and every pilot here knows there's retaliation for not accepting questionable aircraft and assignments..who do you think you're BSing?

then you leave Its pretty simple, either you love being a captain so much on a 737 and your so scared to do the right thing so you complain about retaliation or you know you did the right thing and save your certificate and get out

Your certificate should NOT be on the line in 121(s).
You just admitted it is.
