So, is he a liability always or only when you fly with him? And if a "no fly" is not and cannot be the answer, and if FDAC is not mandatory, what can you do? Are you out of options?
Thankfully, in this case at least, kharma had the last laugh and he lost his medical for an unrelated issue.
