Guys stop feeding the troll.

Guard is a noobie. He don’t know better yet. He is still under the influence of how much better he thinks he has it. That’s cool. A dozen or so years ago I felt the same way. My regional fell apart, NJA was a nice reprieve. I enjoyed my first 18 months then reality hit like a hammer to the head. His time will come.

In addition you have to take what he has to say with a grain of salt. He implied he worked at a major but signs are he worked at XpressJet. He claims 25 years in the AF with retirement coming soon. He claims he worked at XpressJet 15 years ago. He claims his wife makes 300K but he still works. I’m not saying that it’s not true BUT it is suspect. I mean if you were making a combined 400K plus would feel the need to broadcast it? If your wife made 300K would you even work? Lots of questions. I don’t expect him to answer nor do I care. For all I know Guard is a Russian Troll in St Petersburg sharpening dissent for the 2020 election, or a fat guy laying on his bed in NJ. Or hell Guard could be Trump, though I doubt that cause the spelling isn’t that bad. Either way he a keyboard warrior.....no way to verify any of it.

Dude you are the perfect NJA employee. You’ve been selling yourself as working for United this whole time yet you worked for a regional, that’s too funny. You are Leiber 2.0 and it’s freaking awesome lol.

Ask around and learn the history of NJA. If this was 2013, you would be ripe for management.

After the phone interview it is about a 2 weeks until the Skype/FaceTime interview. If successful you will he brought in for the next face to face interview, usually the third week of the month. If you get a job offer you will be given the next available class date. That will be 2-6 weeks out, usually the first Monday of the month. The timeline can be adjusted according to the companies need for new hires. I hope this helps.

Did the rich pax have to load the pilots bags? “Here you go, pops. Let me help you out with that.”
Do they get a discount for every minute they are asleep in the flight deck?

Oh, the pax/owners definitely notice when a crew member is well past their expiration date. Unfortunately it's literally going to take an act of Congress to get these people to leave, and those efforts were unsuccessful last year.
