We all spend an inordinate amount of time fixing problems that THEY created or apologizing for them. Yes John, problems that THEY created. All the happy happy, joy joy thoughts in the world aren't going to change that.
What is really frustrating is SEEING the train wreck coming, calling them to fix it, and being told NO or, worse yet, being ignored with a passive aggressive silence. Passive aggressiveness is something you are really good at so it's not surprising you embrace it.
So, instead of helping the entire team in CMH better understand the scenario you’re facing in attempts to fix it, redirect around it, etc, you fold your hands and sit in your Gulfstream, barring yourself from the outer world?Originally Posted by GeeWizDriver

You didn’t play many team sports growing up, did you?
GW... you’re setting yourself up for failure. This operation is far too diverse, random and varied for every variable to be completely predictable to those in CMH.
Your prompt, professional and thorough input will not only help them help you... it’ll help YOU help YOU.
Or, keep doing what you seem to be comfortable with. It just seems like that technique isn’t paying you much positive result.
