I heard this rumor about a month ago. I was told that we had out grown what TRowe has to offer and with our size and the amount of money we contribute Schwab had offered us more options. I wish we would go back to Fidelity if you ask me.

This info, whether true or not, should have been put out in a Spirit MEC communication prior to us getting something in the mail about it.

We have a R&I Committee, and a Communications committee, right?

It is possible that management did not inform the Spirit MEC and just did it anyway like they have done in the past.

Anyone here vacation experts? I need a little advice picking up some open vacation and don't want to post a lot of specifics. Mainly looking to use 2 weeks to maximize a block of time off in one month.

I got back to back last January, 28 days off. (My mistake)

Next January, one week, working the bids, I was able to get 25 days using only one week.

To maximize time I would skip a week.
