Sorry, I don't know what Draft is.
As for the "needy aircrew member," flying extra once in a while wouldn't be harmful to the "cause." The problem is that it appears that too many are flying extra and helping out the company at a time when the union is trying to convince management to see things their way with respect to scope, QOL, etc.
If the status quo is preserved, management has no incentive to shift from their position.
