Training capacity does seem to be an issue, and I don't think the economics favor a rate of flow above 25% per year.

DTW is slightly junior, but not by much. It seems that in most new hire classes a couple of guys get msp, and the rest get dtw. Although I think the last new hire class all went to dtw. Most people who want msp are able to bid over and spend a limited amount of actual time in dtw.

Like so many other places...know someone. All of the people that I interviewed with had friends already employed by Compass, that recommended them.
Go to a job fair they are at.
