Sailfish: I'd like to tackle your question: I'll take the Boeing please. If you're giving me a choice---Biggie Size (in spite of former Mayor Bloomberg). 😎. My goal is to get a spot on the seniority list and let my career manifest from there.

Sadly, I'll have to wait for the next round. I was unable to connect for my phone interview this round due to training committments. However, to be in the game is pretty exciting, especially for those who know my year-long journey. But mark this, it feels great to be in the game.

74. New hires start a week early for indoc and then merge with 5 767 FOs transitioning to the 74. I heard more 76 classes in August/September timeframe.

For W2/pay purposes for the years you're locked while a guy junior to you is making more money, YES, it DOES MATTER.

Yup! Given the choice, any newhire should bid the 747. The harm to your W2 for both years 2 and 3 is roughly $40,000 total.

I would say it depends on where you live and the life style you're looking for. It's not like every 767 guy is bidding over to the 747 the day their seatlock is released.
