It's not a "First in first out" pool. The pool is competitive so you can get selected for the pool and be stuck in there for a long time if they keep interviewing and others score higher than you. They could have interviews in May and some of those applicants could form a class in June while people who've been in the pool for 6 months wait.

I thought the scoring system was done away with? I interviewed last week and we were all told that our collective interviews were being done to fill a class on 4/20 and classes every three weeks thereafter with 24 people in each.

Also, there are dozens and dozens of Atlas applicants who have been trying to get on here for years. If you have some sort of special "in" at Atlas as some of your posts have alluded, it might be better form to keep it to yourself.
