The days pilots recommend pilots are over. HR passes on to operations those who play their hiring game these days. The keeper of the gate would rather hire an unknown factor that makes them tingle inside than a known, recommended, non college experienced airplane driver with time in type or operation. As far as the new world hiring order thinks..."An intern could do that job" Sorry to vent on the soapbox, but HR at Omni has ignored some very qualified pilot recommendations.
