Reason ATC switches you to another frequency and it's the same controller, it's because the frequencies are recorded on different channels. Usually during low traffic ATC will combine positions is why a controller may be working two or more frequencies.

But this guy is an Academy graduate with 2 master's degrees and a 4.0 GPA, 6 or 7 misc alphabet credentials and awards, and volunteers at the local homeless shelter after every flight.

Depends on what you mean by "worst." If you mean piloting skill, we were all awesome, and I can't remember who was the "worst awesomest."

If you mean worst individuals to fly/work/live with, a disproportionately-large percentage work inside the limits of the I-495 Beltway, making a lot more money than any of us are making in the cockpit, and probably continuing to be lousy individuals to work or live with.
