Flex can’t jumpseat so the point is moot. It was intended to have brown shoes, but standardization of color was a problem. As horrific as the uniform is, and it’s a travesty, the new paint and interiors are quite nice as long as they hold up.

Jumpseating isn't necessary. It's nice to have the company pay for commuting airfare and crews keep the points. Doesn't get any better than that. No non-rev BS and stress to deal with.

Yes. I worked there for 11 years. I’m well aware of what they have.

I’d be embarrassed to travel in that clown suit, even with a full fare, first class ticket.

Very mature comment. but I understand, personal opinions.... I still don't see the red, yellow, white, green, you find in a clown outfit tho... color blind maybe.

Yeah, you’re right. That’s a very professional looking outfit you’re wearing. I looked up the Flexjet profile on here and see that is one of the listed benefits for working there. “Designer “ uniforms provided. Kinda like Harry and Loyd going to the ball in their designer Tuxedos. Wear it proudly, armpit sweat, low waist pants with the shirt tail hanging out and all

As opposed to many pilots wearing their black (or blue) and white uniforms looking like a wet tent? I see quite a few airline guys (major and regionals) looking like they slept in their uniforms. Untailored shirts looking like trash bags, black pants that are too short or too long, and stupid unauthorized college lanyards around their necks because they refuse to comply with uniform policies written by the company signing their paychecks?
The Flexjet uniform isn't exactly what most of us would choose either. However, many improvements are in progress as of now.
We're all treated pretty well here and wearing the uniform isn't hard to deal with.
