JB is my number one choice by far as I live in BOS and just genuinely like the company. I’ve been wanting to work here since I was a kid.

I applied back in April and have been continuously updating my app since then. I have two internal recs and three externals. I haven’t heard anything at all. Wondering if this is normal? Am I competitive? Or is not hearing anything akin to a TBNT?
Talk to them at a conference. Best way to do it. It will make you a candidate today if you are normalish.

Contract 2.0 - ALPA should specify how much CULTURE we are allowed to earn.

That way, when we’ve reached our maximum CULTURE quota, the company won’t be able to promise any additional CULTURE… then they’ll have to resort to increasing PAY if they want to fix attrition.
