I understand 1st yr pay and the fact that it's easier to justify in my position. I just think that if we all held tough for a year no VDA no RSA, it'd force a restructure of the staffing model. the contract will do that anyways, but self support, supports the NC.

I talked about this at the union meeting and talked to the reps. There is nothing wrong with flying the line and the FSM. I don't know why pilots are thinking this way? This is your opinion which is fine but lacks any credibility or truth.
