Yes. I've gotten min guarantee only once, been averaging much more without having to work days off.

The big five being American, Delta, FedEx, United, and UPS?

Anyone know how to update flight times in an application in Kallita's ADP system.

I keep going in to try to update my times. (I have 4000TT, 1000 TPIC now) and I can not seem to get back in to the application to update it.

There is a general place to update my profile, however, I can not seem to even update my already submitted resume.

When I try to access the 747 FO section it says "You have already applied for this position 3/31/2016, please return to job search to find another open position"

Well, yes, duh I originally applied at that time but its been over a year. Alot has changed with regard to my experience. I am never going to get a call if I can't update my application.

Help?!

I believe the only way to "update" is to send them an updated resume.

I'd suggest not applying until you are competitive, although some say they take notice from persistence. I attended a job fair first, handed in a resume, then applied. Took about two months before I got a phone call for interview. The biggest issue now for people is that they are competing with pilots from other ACMI's making lateral moves already typed on 747, 767 with lots of international experience.
It's always a numbers game. As a relatively inexperienced pilot, and I mean this as some one with no heavy time, Boeing/Airbus type, international experience, used to the kind of schedule/flying we do, your chance for a quick, down to earth freight dog interview was under the old contract when people wouldn't even show up to the interview. You now need to treat this process the same as if you were applying to the big five.

I applied before and had their minimums before but wasn't called.

I noticed now that the new contract is through the minimums skyrocketed to traditional legacy minimums.

I didnt know how to update my application over the past year... Which sucks. You cant keep an open application you can not continue to update as you gain expirence and further progress. Most of the apps they will have on file that way will be horrendously out of date.

I will try emailing a new resume I suppose.
