Hi guys

I'm a current Shuttle 170 pilot that has recently applied to endeavor, I was hoping some with knowledge can answer a few questions:

- As a new hire will I get JFK or LGA out of training?
- Are they ipad approved or still using paper jepps?
- What is first year pay?
- What is the current upgrade time?
- Where is initial Indoc/groundschool/sims conducted?
- How long is reserve for a new hire?
- What is the flow/interview agreement with Delta?
- Overall is it a good company to work for as a pilot?

If anyone has a CRJ200/900 study guide can you PM me?

Thank you so much, really looking forward to getting out of RAH!

Morning Scud,
Right now it's actually unlikely that you would get NYC as a new hire. All new hires so far are going into the 200, which means either DTW or MSP. That may change though as we go into the summer.
No iPads yet, but the plan is to copy the Delta EFB program once it is complete at the end of this year. We should start seeing them in 2016.
First year pay is 45k-50k.
Upgrade time and reserve time is very difficult to tell as the company has just started an upward trend. If the company plans are realized I would guess about 3 years or so right now.
All training is conducted in MSP except we occasionally farm out to other sim locations.
We currently have no flow/interview agreement with Delta that covers new hires. However, the company has expressed some interest in doing so.
The company has certainly gone through some tough times, but there has been dramatic change over the past 12 months or so. There are still problems but morale has greatly improved and I would say that it's a fairly decent company that's trying to be better.

$80k over four years is quite nice. A difference maker. Other regionals will have to follow suit.

The way the hiring trend is headed (LCC and Legacy) New hires may not even be here long enough to upgrade. So making $20k + or - more than the other regionals will get you off Ramen noodles and get you a beer.

You actually believe that they are going to pay that money...that's cute.

You actually believe they won't?

That's hate.

I was there over 7 years as an FO and left this year with no regrets. My advise is go somewhere else.

It's not like he's the only one... I've met plenty of 7+ year Endeavor guys who have since left and feel the same way.
