Also, FWIW, at the rate they are planning to flow guys from those regionals to AA, they need to up and replace 100% of the seniority list at these regionals in the next 5 years. Sure hiring is good now, but if and when it slows, I'm not see that's realistic. Options would be to be slow the flow or shrink the wholly owneds (fun associated fact: AA isnt scoped out of 70 seat lift yet). I think more likely AA is the first legacy to be handing out job offers like the regionals are right now.
That's my two cents.
