yes, step parents can be used.

You can have up to 4 parents on your benefits, so yes both step parents can be on there just can't have in-laws on your benefits.

We only have domestic partner, we do not have travel companions, big difference. A travel companion is anyone you choose vs a domestic partner you have to provide proof that you live together for a minimum of 6 months.
