I expect that this contract will be for the company mainly. The reserve rule changes already guarantee that reserves will be working even more. 12 days off, LCR, with the elimination of two day reserve stretches. The DGI will likely be contractual, and the bridge agreement will be extended 7 years.

Holy H$&@! Everybody chill out until we see it. Don’t start fires before you find out if there is something to burn. This isn’t a BK contract that is going to suck no matter what. Let’s find out what kind of deal we are looking at. Who knows, maybe the negotiators stood tall against Endeavor and Delta and have achieved something that we can agree with.

Would a referral by a delta pilot carry more weight than from an endeavor pilot, vice versa, or doesn’t matter?

There has been a long history dating back to the early 90's of APA trying to get their regional pilots on board, especially fighting for it at the NMB. ALPA spent years undermining those efforts because of the Comair fight. Basically, Comair ruined any chance the Delta pilots will ever consider a flow.

Until then, you would be a fool to believe DAL would treat the DGI any different than the SSP, which was not only a slap in the face to our pilot group, but in the end, proved to be a huge sucker punch. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Let's wise up and demand some respect for the sake of our profession and the hard work we put in to maintain DAL quality for their passengers. Flow/B-scale/Staple or back to the drawing board. It's quite simple...
Agree 100%. The number one thing by far the pilot group wanted was a solid career progression, without it this TA is going to be an extremely tough sell.

To come to endeavor? Doesn't really matter.

If the company wants to retain the ability to attract new hires, we need a me too clause. There is no reason new hires should get anything without all of us getting something commensurate.

Let's hope our MEC realizes this before they send it to us for a ratification vote. Could be quite an embarrassment to them if they can't see this. A contractual DGI with the same language isn't going to fly. In the end we are wholly owned, however, we are represented as a pilot group so we don't have to lie down and take whatever they put in front of us. Time will tell...

IMO
Hats required, codom NYC, no career progression, job security LOL not with Kim Un around. Highest blended pay rates in the regionals, TA passes 87%yes, unrestricted complaining on this forum through the contract period set to end 2024.

No flow until the A/C have no crew to fly em.

Ceeeeyaaaa!
