The more I re-read it the more I think I understand what they are really trying to say. The way I read it was wage increases but a retention bonus as well. I understand now what they are really trying to say. I stand corrected!

I caught that, too. I see that as enhancements to both PAY and PROGRESSION as market demands. So, to those saying NO without giving it a chance are saying they don't want that option on the table.

I would imagine that even if the TA doesn't include an enhancement to DGI, something is likely in the works for those who couldn't meet SSP reqs.

Let's see what we've got before we shoot the messenger.

Hear hear. The suspense is high. This thread is going wild. Attention advertisers. Come reach this prime demographic. I expect this thread to be roaring with AA wholly-owneds and Skywest’s longevity transfer program ads.

Sure it does. Security may very well be an influx of 4th-hand jets and fatigue detail for reserves.

I would imagine an AA WO would hire you in a heartbeat if you don't like it here. But that would require...an interview. Guess you're going to just selfishly sabotage this SIGHT UNSEEN without giving it a chance.

Come on, Jasper, let's at least wait until after the MEC decides before you take a stance.
I agree we need to wait for the TA before we jump to conclusions. But you need to understand that all we can go on with the DGI career progression is the SSP pass/fail rate. When DAL has rejected on average 55% of our pilot group with this program, there is no need to believe that DAL will take all the DGI's. Unless of course there is language stating otherwise. Until then, you would be a fool to believe DAL would treat the DGI any different than the SSP, which was not only a slap in the face to our pilot group, but in the end, proved to be a huge sucker punch. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Let's wise up and demand some respect for the sake of our profession and the hard work we put in to maintain DAL quality for their passengers. Flow/B-scale/Staple or back to the drawing board. It's quite simple...

I will wait to see what the MEC offers in terms of career progression. Look at the facts, Delta sat in the meeting and demanded it got done. Delta has invested a massive amount of money in us. Our hiring numbers are down and they need to be raised. Don't cry comair to me this is a new era. Stand for what you deserve, no TRUE career progression vote NO

Well said! BTW every Endeavor pilot on property has a six-digit Delta pilot employee number on the back of their badge in small font at the bottom. It's in the system and just waiting to flip the switch.

Good lawd, man, settle down. Let the TA come out for review then scream about #TakingaKnee against the injustice mainline is trying to pull over us. How are our hiring numbers down? Are you on the recruitment team?
