Doesn’t matter, Don’t need one honestly. Ask for that referral when you’re applying to mainline.

No flow until the A/C have no crew to fly em.

Ceeeeyaaaa!
lol...if you think this would pass with 87% you forgot about seniority numbers 1300 and below. Not likely...

Delta can threaten to pull the DGI, that's all the yes votes they need.

Unfortunately the TA does not have career progression in it.

Ok...they shoot themselves in the foot then. No pilots in 18 months to staff their growth. Newbies go to AA feeder where they have a better shot at a DAL interview anyway, and if that doesn't work out, the default is a wide body CA at AA making $500 k. Come on...really
Delta wanted this TA done asap because the writing is on the wall. The ball is not in their court...it's in ours. The DGI is just another guise at this point...it's time for them to make amends and admit they took advantage of us. Give us respectable career progression. Anything less is another slap in the face - especially when this is the norm at other carriers.

Then our MEC did not listen to us and allowed this to move forward. I hope you are wrong. They know better than that...solid progression to DAL was a must.

Prepare yourself to get slapped in the face. It's going to happen Wednesday.
