No honest career progression then its a NO vote for me. Our peers have it, we need to wake up and realize that we are worth more

Well the email from RG and the union are a bit different,

From RG email

"The TA moves the current Pilot Retention Payments into pay rates. If ratified, the contract extension TA will provide current and prospective pilots the best pay and benefits package in the regional industry."

From the union email

"Consistent with your direction, retention payments will be included in our new industry leading wage rates"

I told my rep I wanted blended rates, improved 401k, and to do something about NYC. I'm content with the status quo, but I'm very interested in seeing if these guys listened to us.

Anyone knows if a recommendation by an endeavor pilot carriers more weight than one by a delta pilot?

I’m guessing it doesn’t matter. Nonetheless, if anyone has an answer.....

Well said. Honest career progression must be in the language (really for the future of 9E and retaining and gaining quality pilots. If not, DAL is just playing games. Not in the mood. Voices will be heard in the vote if this is the case.

I know I'm lining up in front of a firing squad for saying this, but...we have a guaranteed interview. That's honest career progression. Most careers require you to interview if you want to advance up the ladder. If one doesn't meet the requirements, or doesn't take the opportunity seriously, they won't get the job.

I would imagine an AA WO would hire you in a heartbeat if you don't like it here. But that would require...an interview. Guess you're going to just selfishly sabotage this SIGHT UNSEEN without giving it a chance.

Come on, Jasper, let's at least wait until after the MEC decides before you take a stance.
