Yes burn them all! But first burn down the LGA crew room...and to the PHX hotel complainer...yes fill that out! I feel this is a topic that needs serious attention. The whole API deal is no bueno! I still don't understand why most of our hotels are located in terrible places. Avoid downtown, avoid restaurant...get in close proximity of truck stop, gas station, Waffle House, Harry's hair care and tire service. They HAVE improved, but there is room for more!

Please watch for the next Vacancy Notice to be published on or about March 1. A number of First Officers have not yet completed the required Company form that reflects Total Time prior to coming to Endeavor. If you have not completed this form and if you do not have sufficient time at Endeavor to enable the Company to conclude that you meet the FAR minimums, you will not be eligible for a Captain award. Please reference company Memo 17-01 (attached) for complete information.
I pretty much read this as the upgrade could be anyone who meets the mins and wants to upgrade? Thoughts?

Between $230-500K. Not too shabby.
I have no problem with executives and directors earning bonuses. This is a business, and this is America. I highly doubt it's as handsome as you imply, but whatever it is, good on them. They've made this the place to be. If anyone deserves more, I'd say our MX folks should be first in line for that for giving us equipment that works.

If you put your money on the ladder, would that make you a painter? Or a roofer? Perhaps you should put it on the latter...

Your right on, I found this on the Gov SEC sight, this was in 2013. I'm sure it more by now. Unlike our senior guys who still have not been restored to before bankruptcy.
Mr. Gumm’s terms of employment contemplate his succession to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer upon emergence from bankruptcy. Mr. Gumm will be paid a base salary of $265,000 per year. He will have an annual cash incentive opportunity with a target award level of 65% of his base salary. In addition, for the first two years of his employment, Mr. Gumm will have an additional annual cash incentive opportunity with a target award level of 30% of his base salary. Mr. Gumm will also be provided a long-term incentive opportunity with a target award level of $200,000. Each of the foregoing award opportunities will have a range of potential payouts based on meeting performance goals. He will be entitled to reimbursement of certain costs of his relocation to Minneapolis. Mr. Gumm will participate in the same benefit plans as other Pinnacle employees participate in generally.
