Does anyone have any idea how long reserve in NY or CVG is right now for new hires?
Most recent bid pack has about 40 reserve FO' in NYC and about 20ish in cvg. So that's how many you need hired into that base and a/c after you to push you up off reserve unless they grow the base. At 60+ new hires per month that should be very quick. Last time we hired this much FO's sat reserve for 30 days or less in junior bases
Are the routes same day commutable from Florida or is crash padding the only option right now with the schedules ? And what has been the average flight time for most each year? Sorry for the million questions I appreciate everyone’s help
This is the place to be right now. You will be at mins days off for a while. So plan that wirh commuting on your days off. Plan for worst. Then it will only be better.

Yes we are about to get some huge gains and outpace any other regional. Right now it's only in theory but I've been around for 14 years and this really is one of the times we are holding all the cards. The only reason to pick another regional is that you're old and want to stay at a specific one for home base.
