[QUOTE=Zerosilver84;3359302]Rsv are getting it the worst but like holders aren't far behind. Every trip this month and next month has had/have multiple 2-2.5 hr sits every trip. Avg 8 hrs of sits every trip. I would gladly love almost 3 hrs of pay for that.

Why stay this long?[/QUOTE
I really don’t understand why anybody would come here. I really really don’t understand why anybody would stay. They need to make this Endeavor a place where you enjoy coming to work and make exceptional pay while doing it. It’s time for them to start looking at the pilot as valuable asset instead of an expendable tool.

Don't hold your breath. They've gotten very used to having pilots who will put up with anything just to be able to fly, and changing that mindset is going to be a very long, very painful process for them...

You can really tell the guys who don’t know anybody at any other airline. My buddy left Piedmont, 4 years never getting more than min off. Grass isn’t always greener…

Oh, I recognize very well that we have it very, very good here. We're actually ahead of Delta mainline on some QOL issues.

My point is more industry wide. Managements are used to being able to largely dictate terms because there have always been lots of people lining up to fly jets regardless of what treatment they get. Now ATPs are finally marginally more that a dime a dozen, and experienced 121 captains might even be worth a quarter apiece 🤣. That's not a situation that management likes or is used to.

Really? I’d like to see a schedule for someone at 9E who has had contractually min days off for 4 years straight, as assigned thru bidding

Street captain is a poison pill at any carrier, anybody doing street captain knows what they’re getting into.

Exactly. I flew 275 hours last year on reserve. Min days off "technically" but I think most months I was in my bed 15-20 nights. A couple months it was 25ish

I believe industry standard for duty is 2:1, But I'd like to see either a 5 hour min day or a 5:1 TAFB rig. Also, I believe per-diem needs to be adjusted, at least over the $2 mark.

Anyway,

Could you expound on "Direct Contact" and what it implies? Pro's vs Cons?
