Endeavor is a good company. The problem is they are slowly losing ground. Other regionals have matched pay and some have offered a solid career path. It comes down to the big picture. If you want to go to Delta in 5-6 years.......go to Envoy 😳 Because if they turn you down, you still have a job at American waiting for you.

All the other things we will get will far outweigh the difference in hourly pay for those guys.
Those guys? Those guys are still part of the pilot group. Those guys are still making money for this company and Those guys should be equally represented. I am sick and tired of this company taking care of a select part of this pilot group and not the group as a whole.

No one wants the motherluvin bonus to expire because that will cause stagnation and downgrades, etc. Or maybe that will cause a flow, who knows. But seriously I am seeing a yes vote by a landslide.
I'll go on record right now that if any pilot is looking at a pay cut, I'm a no vote. (I easily end up at or above 95 hours a month currently so would be getting a raise either way, but I'm not in the same position as most here and could also find myself at 75 hours again any day) I will say that if the hourly rate drops a couple bucks an hour but it's made up for in per diem, 401K pay, ect. so that a reserve/CDO/CNO pilot is overall not losing any compensation and reserve rules are improved, then I may be persuaded to vote yes for the first time in my career....

Very true. Ask any union guy, if you want a job at Delta go work for an American carrier. Delta has an 8 to 1 ratio for hiring in favor of an Envoy/ PSA/piedmont.

I understand what your trying to say, but in this market there is absolutely no reason why your quote shouldn't read " I will absolutely vote yes. If your not with out a doubt 100% convinced. Vote NO!

With the exception of maybe living in base, I see absolutely no reason to pick Endeavor over any of the American carriers right now. The company is trying to nickel and dime us on our pay and absolutely refuses to give us any solid career progression. This might change in the future but for now I would not come here. I have spoke with several of my FO's in the past three months that have said if we don't get proper compensation and solid career progression in this next contract they will leave for an American carrier .

Because I haven't seen the final proposal....
If I have to take a 2 dollar an hour "cut" but the company maxes out my annual 401K (like almost every Delta pilot gets) without a cent of my own contributions, I'm still coming out well ahead... I won't kill that kind of proposal... I would like to retire, not apply to NetJets in 20 years and fly til I die. There are several ways I'm ok with the pay rate "only" going up $23/hr in exchange for the bonus money.... and the scenarios are too many to post here, but I won't accept a total package that is a cut to anyone, I will assure you of that. Anyone that knows me should have no doubts of this.

I've come across a couple captains that have said that too... I'm tempted to be one myself.

Your last sentence is spot on. The only reason I'd come to Endeavor is if you lived in and therefore really wanted one of our bases. We're losing ground on pay, our performance numbers have fallen dramatically (Thanks NYC), we have no career progression. I'd strongly look at one of the AA wholly owneds if you were to go to a regional. I hear Envoy's upgrade times have fallen dramatically. Otherwise, you may want to consider a LCC. We aren't the "gold standard" we briefly were. We're probably still silver. Skywest, Gojet, and the like are bronze. Mesa is pewter. Great Lakes, a lump of low-grade coal. Then again, this is the airline industry, that could all change in an instant.

Unfortunately I see a YES vote as well due to a short sighted pilot group.

I credit over 95hrs per month but will vote NO on an 83hr break even because strong hiring and upgrades will continue, then after our YES vote, open time may dry up followed by Max Line Range. We will all have 75hr lines with little chance to pick up more. Sure there's plenty of ways to top 75 hrs now but why would you think it will always be that way?

DAL will be laughing all the way to the bank as we ALL take a pay cut. There's a reason they post $1 billion profit per quarter. They know how to dangle a carrot in front of foolish regionals then pull it away.
