Dudes, we've got venture capitalism by the nuts, but getting someone on the phone at services to help.....Nope.

I bet the one guy in the services office is hitting the refresh on the RSA email inbox all day.

However this is a mute point. All expenses must be submitted prior to 30 days. After 30 days they won't be paid.

When did that happen? I usually submit once a year.

In myComply if you search "CTEP" there was a revision a few months ago (looks the 30 day limit is on pg. 3-1).
