I have also flown with people that had been at the regionals for a couple of years and minimal pic. Others that had been at the regionals for 20 plus, military with 8 years and retired military. I don’t think that there is a min or max number. I have no clue what the hiring committee looks for. Make sure your app is updated and it has been professionally reviewed.

At the rate AE's are going expect to be stuck in NYC for months.

It depends...I had classmates that got to SEA in less than 6 months.

But the guy waiting to get to MSP is still waiting...going on 17 months now.
