The more interesting question is people that were waiting for sim events, like the MV, do they get like 2/4 catch up sims and then bam, do they restart sim entirely, do they redo everything including ground?

ILOE cut.
Everyone comes back and restarts the phase they were in. It sounds harsh but, in truth, is a gift. Been said often, I agree, will only occur when VTO/CPTO ends. March?
Bet a big chunk restart in Denver vs slc.
Also believe the company wants to see you’ve been flying. And not getting dui’s. Or 709 rides. Fresh drug test and background checks. Nothing is automatic. We’re talking about human beings here.
I find it hard to believe OO brings in CJOs or cadets whom don’t have ATP/CTP (making OO pay for) when they can hire ATP pilots with X hours. It’s a business decision folks. Skywest got here by making smart ones and backing the horse with 2:1 odds.

As part of the quarterly results, we announced a new multi-year agreement with American for 20 additional CRJ700s. While schedules have not yet been finalized, we anticipate these aircraft will operate within our existing American operation

Where's Domino and his Nostradamus analysis after OO posted the terrible $34M in net income?
Also, anyone transitioning to ERJ? I'm really thinking about it...since...that's the future. Cockroaches have to die at some point.....
