Upgrades have gotten as low as 6 weeks here due to FOs not having time. Currently it's about 8 months and dropping. These are still guys with previous 121 time. It takes about 18 months for a newly minted FO to get his 1000 hours.

I'm assuming that 1,000 hour upgrade time frame is more for the CRJ than the ERJ?
