The hate between XJT and SKW is a one way street. I've never seen or heard any SKW guys express any animosity towards XJT. At most maybe some disappointment at being blamed for circumstances outside our control. Having worked for XJT will have zero bearing on getting hired or how you're treated here either in training or on the line.

Not at all.
Flown with many former XJT and ASA guys. Always happy to have another.

Other than the general disdain expressed by SKW towards any regional that attempts to hold the line as a bona-fide union shop. If a regional could crack that code and hold that line it would be disastrous to the whole SKW business model...and be the best thing that happened to the whole PAX 121 industry in years.

What do you propose SkyWest pilots do to make you feel better?

We need to chip in 2% monthly union dues to buy him a flannel onesie and oversized coffee mug so he can be comfortable in his safe space next to his mommy’s fireplace.

Are you sure that’s enough? Because, I get a sense from people that post comments like his that they need more. Like, we should quit and be out on the streets in solidarity.
