Huh? Granted we have 5000 pilots and I can't speak for all of them, but I've never heard any disdain expressed towards any other airlines because they're union. All of the other airlines are union. Like any management, our management isn't particularly thrilled with unions, but that has nothing to do with any of the pilots or other employees, and it wouldn't affect hiring.

All I see is the usual 10 boomers barking at each other. Reading a post by MJ today asking for help from SAPA was also pretty funny.

The post where some dude kept pasting large ALPA logos to p i s s the boomers off was pretty great too. I think it got deleted by AA because he was triggered.

You're welcome to quit if you don't like reading the non existent disdain towards Xjet folk. That'll show management

I'm going to call BS on this....

You obviously don't read the SAPA forum, because there is not one discussion about any other airline.

I have to assume you're talking about the various comments about whether or not we want/need a union at OO. I will grant you that there are comments about what unions at other carriers are able to accomplish used as evidence as what we could expect from one here. That is not close to disdain for another pilot group for being unionized. I do read the SAPA forums, and I've never seen anything like that.

While I don’t agree with MJ’s approach for help (why not just pick up the phone?) there is certainly nothing funny about his situation, I wish him the best. MJ also happens to be a staunch ALPA supporter.

Whether or not he agrees with the union stance doesn't change my view on him as a person. His viewpoints on people are questionable and his approach at handling them are arguably worse.

Do I wish his situation upon him? Absolutely not.
Do I have sympathy for him? Absolutely not.
