Guaranteed Interview for Cadets
Went out to SLC in November 2019 and became a SkyWest cadet. Part of the cadet ship was a guaranteed final interview. For those who are qualified will we get interviews first before they hire people off the street?

I have a friend who made his interview today in the morning, and already got an email in the evening.
I guess it depends on the recruiter, I’m sure that all of us have different recruiters. Will hope to hear soon.
