There was a email sent out a while ago about why the 175 is staffed higher, its not much, where the CRJ is like 5.3 crews (yea weird number) the 175 is 6.
CRJ upgrades to resume in November supposedly, this is due to a imbalance with FOs, 42 openings in MSP for FOs..

Good news is that maybe MSP will have some reserves next month, bad news is we still won't be able to improve our schedules with drops or trades.

There are up to 100 FOs who have been assigned MSP but are still in some phase of training such as IOE or sims. For example, all new hires in the May and June class have all been assigned MSP, and only now are the FOs from May coming off of IOE.

So on top of the 160 FO's we have listed as TRG, you are saying we have an additional 100 or so that are assigned domiciles but not on the line yet? And that doesn't include the CA's that are in training as well. Just seems like if you start to add it up, you can see why we are still hurting with coverage. And on top of that, we have FO's that are not getting displaced from their trips with LCA's. I guess I just need to stop trying to see the big picture.
