Some guys got in junior though. Most junior FO in ERJ is 07/2015 hire, while CRJ is a 04/2015. With the CRJs coming off Alaska contract over time the CRJ guys will transition over, so like I said some guys got in junior, but the way it's looking it will get more senior.

Base is going to grow though, so should be fairly easy to get. No longer very senior for at least the last 9 months or so. Living in PDX might be the only reason to wait for a 175 class, although I wouldn't defer a CRJ classs for it.

LOL...I'm based there. How long have you been with the company? Most of the CRJ guys are not transitioning because they don't want to get seat locked when they can upgrade soon. We will have 60 to 80 175 crews when all is said and done.

When Skywest leases back the 175 to horizon, it will get interesting. I really need to get my self over to compass. The shrinkage coming here is scary!!
