Well slats, you'll be happy to know that I thnk it went well today.

Geat bunch of guys there doing the interviews and as a whole they're very bullish about the future. They mentioned the Embrear orders several times.

For those interviewing in the future the gouges are pretty accurate. Come prepared. There is now no written but rather a test done electronically as a group. They can then base the technical portion on how well you did on the "pre test." My interviewer told me I had scored the highest and my technical portion was pretty short.

They have a 30-40 question PowerPoint, multiple choice. Everyone is handed a little remote and you use that device to select you answer. The scores are tabulated on their computer.

They're making you use those things in the interview now? I guess they're preparing you for ground school...

Does everyone go around and answer the questions in turn or are you just reading the questions as a group and answering individually?

TallPilot, did they say much about how many people they were going to hire or what you were going in to? (Bro/crj?) Or when the group was going to start if hired? How many interviewees!?
