thanks, rcfd13. Are you off of seat lock and putting in your bid for the next CRJ class if it's open next month?

I'm not seat locked. I've had a bid in for over a year. I won't be senior enough to get into the next few classes. There are a lot of people waiting and they've only run about 3 classes total in the past year. Hopefully things will start moving sometime soon.

It's great to see you all getting interviews and class dates. Now we just need to start upgrading. We're so short staffed on the Captain side I can’t drop or swap a damn thing.

Don't have a class date yet, but if you want to see what you can do about that I'd be much obliged.

What's dress code for training? If it says business casual, is that khakis and polo or khakis and shirt & tie?

Khaki and polo, or really anything with a collar that's not outrageously flashy. We're a bunch of cowboys, surfers, and skiiers.

Do they still force you to learn all your flows and memory items before you even show up for indoc?

Trust me, the more you can learn before you get there and the less you have to try and cram in your brain in indoc the better off you'll be.

Memory items and limitations you need to learn before class. The test is the first week and you need to pass with 100%. Flows you don't need to learn but it would be seriously beneficial. You will need to know all of them just a day or two after the systems test and its super easy to get overloaded. I wish I had known them before class.
