Anyone able to post most junior line holders hire date for ORD and MSP and the a/c type? Trying to work out rough RES times.

Thanks.

We as front line employees do directly interact with the paying customers. Most companies try to keep those employees happy, and treat their working quality of life with a little respect. Especially if they are expected to spend cumulatively, over a career, at least a decade of their time on the road away from home and loved ones. Glad to hear you and ENVIOUS find that so humorous.

For the record, I work at Skywest Airlines, my job is in flight ops, I'm a line captain. Nothing special, just trying to do my job like most of my coworkers, and most of the time I love what I do and the people I interact with. Would you be so forthcoming as to post your job title? You post on here a lot, and knowing the background of the frequent posters helps to understand the context of their posts. You know, in the interest of promoting productive aviation conversation.

All I was saying, was, ok let's hear all the shady things going on behind closed doors. Go back, reread it if you have to.

I don't think so, but hard to tell. Most of the SGU peeps are really pretty cool. There's only a few total tools there. Most of CS are really nice people, but it's Jay and Anita that set the rules and have crafted their "no" culture. There are actually 2 awesome CS sups who will go way out of their way to help if possible.

There are 2 d bag dispatch sups or coordinators, but most of the rest are okay. Also a miserable MX controller or two, but again most of them are ok.

My bet is that MF is a dispatch sup or controller but that's a total wag. He could be a GoJet pilot, flight attendant, or Riddle student. It's his right to troll anonymously if he wants.

The post that YOU quoted as "laughable" stated that there is no conspiracy, and that SGU management is simply out of touch with the line pilots. Again, I'd like to know what part of that idea is "laughable". Personally, I happen to agree on both points.

No, because in my post I specifically stated it. But you're right, I'm wrong. Whatever.

I was referring to your post, #12484, in which you quoted #12483. I can't be held accountable for your poor reading comprehension.

Thanks.
On the CRJ we have like 3 reserves in ORD and probably none in MSP. Red open time nearly every day. The most junior lineholders are probably a few days off of IOE.

Do you mean they are using all reserves? Surely not everyone in base holds a line and they TDY in reserves?
