1% above whatever we negotiate for them. (3% if you add in the ALPA dues they don't have to pay to support those negotiations).

Still negotiating rates, among other things, for the E175. We expect it to pay what our other 76-seaters do. But it is currently a cause for discontent among the pilots considering the company submitted a transition bid for the E175 without the pilot group having a clue what they will be paid to fly it.

I still laugh how you guys call it "negotiating". You don't have a union or a contract. Your lap dog student council takes whatever management gives them, then goes to you and makes it look like they put up the good fight. You're only "negotiating" if you can affect the outcome!

You don't have a pay rate on it yet because WE don't have a pay rate on it yet! DUH!

I bet we have a pay rate on it before you guys do, so will that prove to you we don't need your union to negotiate or us?

Even if you do, it will be immediately be superseded to go above whatever we get. You're welcome.

And you guys aren't even slated to operate the type, therefore you won't and don't have a pay rate on it yet. SKW will have one long before you do.

That's not what the company is telling our REPS at the negotiating table... but thanks for speaking in blanket terms about something of which you have no knowledge.

This is such an uninformed statement. Our success needs no defense and our negotiations are proceeding on our company/pilots terms, irregardless of your mood. The first offer of a modest raise (1-3%?) was refused by our reps and they are working it again. The fact is we are fairly compensated, (not as much as it should be relative to executive pay but that's another discussion) and continue to grow. You are not paid as much, consistently loose money, PAY for ineffective representation and are somehow proud of these facts.

But if that keeps you guys from looking even more lugubrious walking around the airport then so be it.
