The plug in PDX and SEA are both 5 years or more with the company. There's couple junior guys in TUS and PSP. But rumor has TUS is just going to shrink as attrition continues. This goes for the jet. PDX isn't very senior on the Bro side.

Nothing is senior on the Bro side. The most junior person in every Brasilia base is under a year in seniority. The most senior FO in every Brasilia base is under 6 years.
It doesnt even compare to the jet where the most junior FO in some bases has 6 years seniority and the most senior FO in almost every base could also be a senior captain.

Right now for FOs the only two bases you wouldn't hold a line in within a year are SBP and SLC. PDX would take close to a year to hold a line though compared to someplace like FAT where it will take just a few months or even less if things start moving. For Captains on the Bro PDX is one of the more senior bases.
