Welcome to everyone coming on board, we're happy to have you! Also, for anyone curious and coming in to the CRJ, we are by FAR shortest staffed in DEN and (oddly) PSP for December, and the transition/transfer lists are very short for all but the most senior/slowest movement domiciles (SEA, FAT, PDX, SLC).

Definitely recommend this. You don't need the full version, the free one works just fine. I used it during upgrade and found it very helpful.

PHX - years.
PSP - On the brasilia you can get it right out of training, on the RJ probably quite a while. It's a small base with not much movement.
LAX - On the brasilia you can get it right out of training, on the RJ probably only a few months. It's actually not 'that' senior lately.
SLC - Hit or miss on both brasilia and RJ. Sometimes they transfer a lot of people in and other times the base seems to stagnate for long periods of time. A guy from my class was still the plug in SLC on the brasilia when the rest of us were bidding 20-30% in other bases. On the RJ time to get off reserve in SLC is years even if you do get it.
