Whatever gives you the easiest commute or cheapest crash pad. Both bases have about the same reserve time and the junior lineholders in both bases will fly almost all 200.

Quick question, still a little confused on that seat lock. So when the Delta 200's are gone I'm presuming that MSP will close. At that time, at the end of next year, I'd be just shy of 2 years, would the seat lock prevent me from bidding for the E175 in ORD at that time?

The MSP base is not going anywhere in the next two years. Skywest does not have to park all the 200s, plus a lot of the MSP flying is pro-rate or at risk flying.

Any idea how commutable the trips are in ORD? Also, what are typical trip lengths? 3 and 4 days?

PSP still junior? At this point I would take an FO position on the BRO in PSP till retirement in 10 years.

The majority of the trips are 4 days. Commutability varies a bit month to month but ORD has pretty commutable trips compared to some other domiciles I've been in. I've been mostly happy with the pairings even bidding pretty junior.

PSP is still pretty junior on the Brasilia.
