Any idea how commutable the trips are in ORD? Also, what are typical trip lengths? 3 and 4 days?

PSP still junior? At this point I would take an FO position on the BRO in PSP till retirement in 10 years.

The majority of the trips are 4 days. Commutability varies a bit month to month but ORD has pretty commutable trips compared to some other domiciles I've been in. I've been mostly happy with the pairings even bidding pretty junior.

PSP is still pretty junior on the Brasilia.

A guy from my class was awarded PSP I don't think that's very common though especially with how small of a base it is.

I'll be that guy...

Latest nuggets from the training center:

1) iPads aren't happening. Looks like Windows Surface tablet is.

2) Hiring dept struggling to fill classes, find applicants, etc. HR starting to sweat a bit. Mesa recruiters in parking lot rumor confirmed.

3) SLC Brasilia flying shrinking and unprofitable.

4) Working on a flow with United but apparently it wouldn't be for just us, would be for all United Express carriers. How does that benefit recruiting at OO? Evidently that's the sticking point.

Discuss.
