You’re guaranteed 11 days off in a 30 day bid period and 12 in a 31 day bid period (7 – 30 day and 5 – 31 day bid periods in a year). Per policy they’re supposed to give you at least 2 days off between blocks but I’ve seen them violate that rule and build 6-1-6 blocks with a large block of days off, but that doesn’t happen often. The size of your blocks can vary but usually they're either 4 or 5 days of reserve with 2 to 3 days off.
