No, he's a "coordinator." The job that requires ZERO skills. Displayed by their lack of communication or being able to adequately flow out delays to not only notify the stations and the passengers, but the crews. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

I think most people at regionals believe flying should be done by mainline...but since that isn't happening and wont be happening (cost duh) if mainline contracted flying (i.e. regional flying) is to be had, then it might as well be their respective company doing it.

I'm not sure they know how to use the interwebz, aside from clicking the "DENIED" button and hunt-and-pecking-out a sweet response like, "not adequiate (sic) reserves" or, " we understaffed".
